Easy Vinaigrette

People seem to think it is intimidating to make their own salad dressing. It’s really easy.
Pair this recipe with my Simple Asian Slaw

2 clove garlic, microplaned
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 T Dijon
2 big pinches kosher salt
2 tsp honey
2/3 cup olive oil

Either combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid and shake until emulsified or put first 5 ingredients into a large bowl and slowly drizzle in the oil until emulsified.

You can change this recipe around to your taste. Use different vinegars or different mustards. Omit the honey if you wish. Make this your own.
