If you don’t have all the stuff for cheesecake proper, this is a very good cheesecake with pretty common ingredients.
Serve with your favorite topping if desired.
1/2 cup yogurt. Drain overnight.
3 eggs, separated.
1/3 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 400F
Mix yolks with yogurt.
Combine sugar to whites and mix to stiff peaks.
Fold in whites to yogurt.
Transfer to a lined cake pan.
Cook in a water bath for 10 minutes then 320F for 50 minutes.
